Doug Glading has a long background in computing and communications, in both marketing and development support. He has been involved in the early introductory phases of many new areas of technology - eg business computers and multi-tasking operating systems in the 60's; tele-processing, text retrieval and office systems in the 70's; managed networks, voice processing; PCs; electronic mail and ISDN in the 80's; computer telephone integration in the 90's.
